★お客様のご予約内容は、確認次第早急に担当者よりご返答させていただきます。

★PC用のアドレスをご入力下さい。携帯電話で受信拒否を設定しいる場合、返信メールが届かない事が稀にありますのcreave@fromyz.comご登録をお願い致します。

★サーバーの不都合により、ご予約後２４時間以内に確認用メールが届かなかった場合は手数ですが、こちらまで直接ご連絡ください。

Term of service

★ This is our online reservation form of Creave and Lapure. After inputting requirements and filling out your request service in the message column, please press the button [予約 する(reserve)] at the end.

★ Our online reservation is available to request 2 days before your request date. Please call us directly if your request date is within 2days. Creave Hair Salon　☎ 808-924-4061.

★ Your reservation is not compleated yet. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we will reply you immediately..

★ Please contact us directly when not receiving a confirmation mail within 24 hours after your reservation by a defect of a server.
